I have stayed in guest room with Balcony, great space, for example for 1 night. All the staff members were amiable and kind. The location was unbeatable and marvellous with a motorway close to the accommodation.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

Nice

No phone in the room. Small and old tv. No laguage personnel, had to carry my bag myself. No elevator. Poor breakfast menu. Low noise insulation in the room, main street rooms.

Parking place for free - Wifi for free.

Room was big but very sad., not enough lights, and too dark colors.Should be refurnished. Some rooms in the hotels have probably been upgraded, but not mine.

Excellent English speaking staff which was good as my schoolboy German was not. Everything explained and as I was leaving early on a Sunday morning they arranged an early breakfast which was superb. A full range of Breads, meats, fruit, cereals, hot and cold drinks and jams was available in a nice breakfast room.

Our apartment had a balcony and a comfortable bed. the location was unbeatable, right by the autobahn, shops, restaurants, and Essen. - There were great dining options nearby, like Wilhelmshohe just 20 minutes away.

Ok hotel, best for people with cars. It is clean and kind of neutral hotel, nothing special, but it is cheap and you get good value for the money but just for sleep.

Not central at all. You need a car to live here, if not it is a lot of hazzle with public transport. It is in a quiet neighbourhood, typically in a suburb so are you looking for party and much people, this is not a good hotel.
